Trophy Sponsors

For almost 50 years, the Lichfield Festival of Music has celebrated and encouraged musicians of all ages and abilities within our community.

One of the most special moments in each class is the presentation of a trophy – a lasting recognition of a performer’s hard work, dedication and achievement.

By becoming a Trophy Sponsor, you can play a small but meaningful part in that moment.

Why sponsor a trophy?

Sponsoring a trophy is a simple and personal way to:

  • Support musicians in our local community
  • Encourage performers at all stages of their musical journey
  • Contribute to an accessible and welcoming Festival
  • Help sustain a much-loved local tradition
  • Be part of a legacy of music-making in Lichfield

How does it work?

For Â£25, you can sponsor a winner’s trophy in a Festival class.

Your contribution helps to fund the trophy itself while also supporting the wider work of the Festival.

  • The trophy is presented to the class winner and retained by them as a keepsake
  • Each trophy is engraved with the Festival year and class name
  • You can choose which class to sponsor (subject to availability)

A Personal Touch

Trophies may also be sponsored:

  • In your own name or as a family
  • On behalf of a business or organisation
  • In memory of a loved one
  • Anonymously

This makes trophy sponsorship a particularly meaningful way to celebrate, remember, or give back.

Recognition

Trophy Sponsors are acknowledged:

  • On the Festival website
  • In the syllabus
  • In the printed Festival programme

By sponsoring a trophy, you are helping to create a moment a performer may remember for years to come.

Please note that sponsors must adhere to our Ethical Sponsorship Policy.
