1. Purpose
This policy outlines the criteria and principles guiding our charity’s acceptance of sponsorship to ensure alignment with our mission, values, and ethical commitments. This policy applies to all sponsorship agreements, partnerships, and financial contributions made to the charity.

Our charity seeks sponsorships that:
- Align with our mission, values, and objectives.
- Do not compromise our integrity, independence, or reputation.
- Benefit our beneficiaries and the wider community without ethical concerns.
We reserve the right to refuse any sponsorship that conflicts with these principles.
3. Excluded Sectors and Companies
We will not accept sponsorship from companies operating primarily in, or significantly associated with, the following sectors:
- Tobacco and vaping; alcohol; gambling and betting
- Predatory lending and payday loan companies
4. Sponsorship Approval Process
All sponsorship proposals will be reviewed by the Trustees. Key considerations include:
- Alignment with our mission and values.
- Reputational risks associated with the sponsor.
- Impact on stakeholders and beneficiaries.
5. Review and Compliance
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. Any sponsorship found to be in violation of this policy may be reconsidered or terminated.
